About The Event
Harry Whitty is a UK based singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. With music inspired by musicians such as Ben Folds, Jamie Cullum and Donald Fagen as well as being heavily influenced by the sounds of New Orleans R&B (Jon Cleary, Dr John, Professor Longhair, Allen Toussaint etc).
Harry plays music with his band The Harry Whitty Band that's a mix of jazz, funk, blues, New Orleans R&B with hints of other genres such as folk and classical music.
Currently studying on the BMus Jazz at the Royal Academy of Music in London with a scholarship, Harry also gigs as a freelance trombonist and pianist.
Harry's latest EP 'Feels Like Home' is available now.
