About The Event
Get an insider’s intimate guide to Rye with a walking tour of historic insight and salacious intrigue with your hirsute hostess-cum-tour guide Timberlina. Timberlina has hosted various street and gallery tours for institutions including The Soane Museum, The Tate, National Portrait Gallery in London as well as here in Rye, for The Rye Arts Festival.
Meet outside the Town Hall, Market St on the hour. This tour will finish at The BYC on Landgate.
Tours last about 1 hour and take place in all weathers so please ensure you are suitably attired. Please note that due to the nature of the landscape in Rye not all of the tour is accessible and involves cobbles and uneven ground. Participation with the tour at your own risk. This tour is unsuitable for young children, ages 16 and over only. Quiet, small dogs are welcome but must be on a lead.
