Did you find the Netfix series LIVE TO 100 - Secrets of the Blue Zones facinating?  National Geographic Fellow and New York Times Best Selling Author, Dan Buettner, traveled the world with a team of experts looking for the places where people were living longer, healthier. His research led to the discovery of what they coined the “Blue Zones,” locations where there are 10 times more centenarians than Americans. Dan and his team were in search of the secrets of longevity and their research revealed nine common denominators in all five of these zones, now known as “The Power 9.”

Dena Smith Ellis is a former Organisation Lead with Blue Zones Project© in Hawai’i, where she coached worksites, restaurants, grocery stores, faith-based organisations, schools, and individuals on how to incorporate these nine principles into their organisations and their own lives in order to live longer, happier, and healthier together.
